Client Ownership
All deliverables — code, configurations, documentation, and creative assets — are owned by you, the client. You may transition to another provider at any time after final payment.
A formal agreement that defines the scope, responsibilities, and terms for every Foxstone engagement.
If your company requires it — or you simply prefer a signed agreement before kicking off a project — the links below will generate a tailored Consulting Services Agreement for your engagement type.
Each agreement outlines the duties of both the Client and Foxstone Industries. Most importantly, it establishes:
All deliverables — code, configurations, documentation, and creative assets — are owned by you, the client. You may transition to another provider at any time after final payment.
You guarantee that all materials, data, credentials, and assets furnished to Foxstone are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.
You agree to abide by the Foxstone Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal activities, spamming, and network abuse on any systems we manage.
The Client is responsible for the activities that take place on their infrastructure, websites, and any systems under their administrative control.
Choose the type of engagement that best matches your project, then review and print the agreement.
For complex or multi-phase engagements, we can draft a custom Master Services Agreement tailored to your specific requirements.
