If your company requires it or you just feel more comfortable with a signed Developer's Agreement,
the following links will take you to the agreement page for the type of site you are developing.
OVERVIEW
Basically, each Developer's Agreement outlines the duties of both the Client (you) and Foxstone
Industries.
Most importantly, it stresses the following points:
- The site content and all development efforts will be owned by you, the client and you may
relocate it to another vender at any time after payment.
- You guarantee that all elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other
artwork furnished to Foxstone are either owned by the Client or the Client has permission to
use.
- You agree to abide by the Foxstone Acceptable Use Policy which prohibits illegal activities,
spamming, and email or network abuse.
- The Client is responsible for the activities that take place on their website.
