Billing Schedule
Transparent, predictable billing — so you always know what to expect.
Foxstone billing is issued monthly at the end of each calendar month. Invoices are composed of two primary components:
Recurring Service Fees
Managed services, hosting, monitoring, and any recurring add-ons are billed in advance for the upcoming month.
Consulting & Development
Consulting hours, project development, custom programming, and ad-hoc work are billed in arrears for the previous month.
Alternate Billing Intervals
For clients with stable, low-change engagements, we offer quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles. Prepaying can simplify your accounting and may qualify for discounted rates.

Project-Based Billing
For scoped projects (estimated over $500), we use a milestone-based payment structure:
Deposit
Due upon approval of the project scope and before work begins.
Mid-Project
Due at the agreed-upon midpoint milestone.
Completion
Due upon delivery and client approval of all deliverables.
